First of all, the following main factors should be taken into account, whether domestic diesel generating units or imported diesel generating units.
(1) The purpose of the unit. Because diesel generating units can be used in three situations: common use, standby and emergency. Therefore, the requirements for diesel generating units for different uses are different.
(2) Load capacity. The single unit capacity and standby diesel generating unit capacity should be determined according to the range of load capacity and load variation for different purposes.
(3) Operating environmental conditions of units (mainly altitude and climate conditions)
(4) Choice of Diesel Generator
(5) Selection of generator and excitation mode
(6) Selection of Automation Function of Diesel Generator
Secondly, from the appearance of diesel generators, it can also be judged whether the diesel generators are good or not. Yangzhou Baifa Electrical Machinery tells you several points that need to be observed:
(1) Limit dimensions, installation dimensions and connection dimensions of diesel generating units are in conformity with the plant drawings approved by the prescribed procedures.
(2) The welding of the unit should be firm, the weld seam should be uniform, and there should be no defects such as weld piercing, undercut, slag inclusion and blowhole. The flux of the welding slag should be cleaned up; the paint film should be uniform, without obvious cracks and shedding; the coating should be smooth, without leakage plating spots, rust and other phenomena; the fasteners of the unit should not be loosened. (3) The electrical installation of the diesel generator shall conform to the circuit diagram, and the connecting points of the wires of the generating unit shall have obvious marks that are not easy to fall off.
(4) Diesel generators should have well grounded terminals.
(5) The contents of diesel generator signs are complete.
Thirdly, the reliability check of automatic start-up power supply and automatic shutdown. (Among them, the success rate of self-startup should not be less than 99%)
(1) After receiving the start-up instructions of automatic control or remote control, diesel power generation should be able to start automatically.
(2) When the unit fails for the third time after the automatic start-up, the start-up failure signal shall be sent; when the standby unit is installed, the program start-up system shall automatically transmit the start-up instruction to another standby unit.
(3) The time from the issuance of the auto-start instruction to the supply of power to the load shall not exceed 3 minutes.
(4) When the diesel generator starts automatically, the load should not be less than 50% of the calibrated load.
(5) After receiving the stop instructions of automatic control or remote control, the unit shall be able to stop automatically; for the standby units used with the municipal power grid, when the power grid returns to normal, the diesel generator shall be able to switch or stop automatically, and the delay time of the shutdown mode shall conform to the technical requirements of the product.
